Hi, I’m Noah Quartararo — Enrolled Agent, Notary Public, and founder of Quality Tax Prep, LLC, proudly serving the Ballston Spa community from my office in the historic Factory building.

I’ve been preparing taxes since 2020, and after six full tax seasons and over 750 returns, I launched QTP in 2025 with one goal in mind: to make taxes less stressful and more understandable for everyday people and small business owners in my community.

I specialize in working with self-employed individuals, rental property owners, small businesses, and families with kids. What sets me apart is my year-round approach — I don’t just show up at tax time. I’m here to help you plan for life changes, answer your “what if” questions, and give you clear, confident guidance no matter what the year brings.

My mission is simple:

I pride myself on clear, judgment-free communication, a local-first mindset, and a real desire to help Ballston Spa and surrounding areas thrive.I grew up here in Ballston Spa and have deep roots in the community. I spent years working alongside my parents in the hospitality industry, learning the value of hard work, people skills, and what it means to truly serve others. My time as a server in Saratoga taught me how to connect with people from all walks of life — building rapport, earning trust, and understanding the importance of clear, personable communication.

When I began preparing taxes, I had the privilege of learning under a mentor with over 30 years of experience in the field. He taught me more than I ever could’ve imagined — from helping low-income clients with simple returns to managing complex situations for high-income individuals and business owners. His guidance played a huge role in giving me the confidence and knowledge to start Quality Tax Prep and serve my clients with clarity and care.
